What a Glorious New Year It Will Be!

This is a blog created for Alexis Hakalmazian. On June 28, 2006 she was diagnosed with leukemia (AML). She endured 4 rounds of chemotherapy at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX before heading home in mid-November. She is truly an encouragement to all of us.

    Keep your spirits up. It's almost over. I'll pray that it gets easier these next few days for you.
    Congrats on the car. Not a bad first car I must say...I'm a bit jealous! Be careful driving that hot rod!

    HEY! Greatest Great-Niece Hakalmonster,
    Just checking in to see how you are doing. Hope this short note and some good old humor, finds you doing well or makes you feel just a tiny bit better!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    A dog thinks: Hey, these people I live with feed me, love me, provide me with a nice warm, dry house, pet me, and take good care of me... They must be Gods!
    A cat thinks: Hey, these people I live with feed me, love me, provide me with a nice warm, dry house, pet me, and take good care of me... I must be a God!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Two guys were riding in a car, arguing about how to say the name of the city that they were in. One said "Louieville" and the other "Louiseville." They went on
    arguing and arguing, until they came upon a fast-food restaurant. The one guy goes inside and says to the waitress, "Tell me the name of the place where I am right now really, really, really slowly." The waitress goes, "Bur-ger-King."
    Love and Prayers,
    Your Great-Aunt Hakalmaniac
