What a Glorious New Year It Will Be!

This is a blog created for Alexis Hakalmazian. On June 28, 2006 she was diagnosed with leukemia (AML). She endured 4 rounds of chemotherapy at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX before heading home in mid-November. She is truly an encouragement to all of us.

    Dear Greatest Great-Niece Hakalmonster,
I shall hold my breath with you! Besides, I kinda like the color "blue"! And that way, I won't have to put any make-up on!
Here is a little humor while you are waiting to hear.
More that a little corny! Bordering on stupid!

    Hey Alexis,
Quick hello from Cville,VA! Nice pic of you pickin'!! Both Kellie and Morgan think they want to try the guitar. Maybe you three can start a band and Brock and JT will be lead singers?!? We think of you often and send our best wishes to you and your family.

    Hey, Toots,(alias Greatest Great-Niece Hakalmonster),
You look E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T!!I sure would love to hear you "play" sometime! That would be extremely cool!
Here is a little "humor" to wait by:
    WORD OF WISDOM PART 1:
    1. Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way if they get angry they'll be a mile away -- and barefoot.

    2. A clear conscience is usually the sign of a bad memory.

    3. If you must choose between two evils, pick the one you've never tried before.

    4. My idea of housework is to sweep the room with a glance.

    5. Not one shred of evidence supports the notion that life is serious.

    6. It is easier to get forgiveness than permission.

    7. For every action there is an equal and opposite government program.

    8. Age is a very high price to pay for maturity.

    9. A closed mouth gathers no feet.

    10. If you look like your passport picture, you probably need the trip.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ! !
Love and Prayers, Great(?) Aunt Hakalmaniac
