What a Glorious New Year It Will Be!

This is a blog created for Alexis Hakalmazian. On June 28, 2006 she was diagnosed with leukemia (AML). She endured 4 rounds of chemotherapy at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX before heading home in mid-November. She is truly an encouragement to all of us.

    Alexis,
I'm so glad you are doing better. Just a little quote to share with you. "The man who removed mountains began by carring away small stones". Just remember one step at a time. Your in my thoughts and prayer. Love ya. Lisa Bogusch

    Hi Toots,
Just checking in to see how you're doing. Fine I hope!
Well, I guess I"ll just leave ya with a little humor,
A Polar bear walks into a bar and says to the bartender, "I'll
    have a gin.........................and tonic."
The Bartender says, "What's with the big pause?"
The bear answers, "I don't know. My father had them, too!

A Teen Girl's Prayer --------- Dear Lord: So far today, I am
doing all right. I have not gossiped, lost my temper, been greedy, grumpy,
nasty, selfish, or self indulgent. I have not whined, bitched, cursed, or
eaten any chocolate. I have not charged on my parents' credit card. However,
I am going to get out of bed in a few minutes, and I will need a lot
    more help after that. Amen.
Hope you liked them. talk by ya soon. Feel better!
Love and Prayers, Your Great-Aunt Kath

Father, I ask You to bless Alexis and her Family! Show them a new revelation of Your love and power. Holy Spirit, I ask You to minister to their spirit at this very moment. Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy. Where there is self-doubt, release a renewed confidence through Your grace. Where there is need, I ask you to fulfill their needs. Bless their home, family, finances, their goings and their comings. In Jesus' precious name. Amen.
Love and Prayers, Your Aunt and Great-Aunt Kath
