What a Glorious New Year It Will Be!

This is a blog created for Alexis Hakalmazian. On June 28, 2006 she was diagnosed with leukemia (AML). She endured 4 rounds of chemotherapy at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX before heading home in mid-November. She is truly an encouragement to all of us.

    Dear Ms. Super Hack,
How absolutely fantastic for you! Man, the "Power of Prayer"! Now we all need to give thanks to the Lord for answering all of our prayers! I am so thrilled for you, Greatest Great-Niece! I would jump up and down to celebrate, but I would definitely hurt myself, big time!
God (keep)Blessing you, your Mom and Dad, and Brock!
Love and Prayers, your Great-Aunt Kath
PS. Here is a little humor for your reading pleasure!
A teenage girl at the perfume counter...
A teenage girl was shopping at the mall and stopped at the perfume counter. She sees, “My Sin”, “Desire”, and “Ecstasy”. She says to the salesperson, “I don't want to get emotionally involved...I just want to smell nice.”

Hi Alexis, I'm your "old" cousin in Las Vegas. Your Aunt Lorraine had been keeping me appraised of your progress, but she hasn't said anything lately so I decided to check your web page. Your "Big Time Progress" report sounds really super and I'm so very glad to read it. It's Holiday time now and I hope you're home and that your Christmas is a very good one. And next year just has to be better than the one you have just been through. You're one courageous young lady and I'm happy to have you as my cousin. Love....Ross Yates, chompersnv@earthlink.net
